Business Development (Famous Doctors)

Job responsibilities:

1. Enter into contracts with the most highly rated doctors and medical professionals in your assigned geographic region with an agreed-to number of completed contracts as an annual goal.

2. Regularly visit your region’s highly rated doctors and nurture the relationship between them and the Company.

3. Integrate and maintain various third-party/operational resources to achieve inclusion of your region’s highly rated doctors.

4. Support and implement projects and campaigns in your region as required to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Analyze regional data, develop expansion and operation strategies for the region under your responsibility and continuously enhance user experience.

6. In charge of other matters of your department.

Job qualifications:

1. More than 3 years of experience in the healthcare or internet sectors, avidly curious about what’s new in technology and medicine, good at business research and in summarizing your findings.

Organization pre-sales

Job responsibilities:

1. Support the salespersons of local partners to follow up customer business opportunities as a healthcare management product and business expert in your region; ability to independently provide pre-sales support for basic or simple projects, including but not limited to basic solution development, price estimation (including for standardized products, medical examination+, equity pool etc.) and system sign-off; ability to work with salespersons to accurately identify the real demand scenarios of customers for complex or key projects, clearly position business models and transaction structures and effectively cooperate with salespersons under the coordination of the solution office at headquarters to complete pre-sales tasks.

2. During sales calls, effectively communicate product value to end customers, actively seek entry points and leverage the intersection of customer needs and available solutions.

3. Leverage contacts to expend potential business opportunities by gaining knowledge of distribution network of the organization's regular customers and potential business opportunities; design and execute customer acquisition and retention programs according to the characteristics of the region to which you are assigned.

4. Direct the daily training on product knowledge to organizations under the Company and answer questions to minimize the information gap between these organizations and headquarters.

Job qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree and at least 5 years working experience in insurance, healthcare, human resources or corporate marketing services preferred with experience in leading pre-sales projects a plus.

2. Ability to independently organize and tweak solutions, outstanding communication abilities for effective interaction with top management of customers.

3. An optimistic approach, able to proactively coordinate resources, results-oriented.

4. Experience of human resources management and consulting preferred.
