Job duties:
1. Answer patient questions about basic medical issues via internet or video.
2. Assist healthcare specialists in providing answers to medical questions.
3. Familiar with healthcare service standards and processes.
4. Participate in internal training on various specialties.
Job qualifications:
1. College degree in medicine, nursing, psychology, nutrition, rehabilitation, preventive medicine or other medical-related majors.
2. Good computer skills.
3. Responsibility awareness, strong sense of service, rigorous work attitude, and excellent communication skills.
4. Preference will be given to those who have experience working an tertiary hospital or reporting to healthcare managers in a corporate setting.
