The “Plan for Development of the Digital Economy During the 14th Five-Year Period” mentioned for the first time “accelerate the development of digital health services,” designating digital health as a key part of the digital-economy framework. Patients will better experience the full-lifecycle healthcare journey of proactive health management, speedy diagnosis of minor illnesses, accurate transfer of major illnesses, and standardized management of slow illnesses. For example, Ping An Good Doctor’s family-doctor team proactively tracks patients’ treatment progress, providing 24/7 medication reminders, symptom monitoring, report analysis and rehabilitation-progress follow-up, ensuring continuous and stable treatment outcomes. With breakthroughs in its self-developed AI capabilities and a “data, models, and real-world scenarios” closed loop, the MDT complex disease treatment accuracy rate has risen year-by-year to nearly 90% as of 30 September 2025 [1].
